We’re ecstatic that we found out about the services of Save On Commission. We had a rented house that we wanted to sell, where the tenants were sensitive to third parties having access to their home whilst they were both out at work. We were also very conscious of the detrimental effect on the tenants that could have been created with frequent contacts for appointments etc. We very much wanted to control the tenant interaction ourselves in order to maintain harmony.
By advertising on realestate.com.au and domain.com.au, this of course drew the maximum buyer attention. We were initially sceptical but the process was ultimately seamless. Geoff arranged all inspections promptly and we were able to book buyers in throughout one day. Property hit the web on Monday, first showing day on Thursday and contract signed by 3.00pm. Tenants were still happy, buyers were happy and we were delighted.

I could not believe that we could sell the unit so quickly after only two times of "open for inspection" with a large volume of enquires.
Almost 50 to 60 people turned up in the first time for "open for inspection" and nearly the same amount for the second. It has been confirmed that the buyer has paid 5% deposit and the settlement date is on or before the 1st of May 09.
