We tried selling our house through a well known agent - they typically promised the world and we signed with them and the promises dwindled from there.

We’re ecstatic that we found out about the services of Save On Commission. We had a rented house that we wanted to sell, where the tenants were sensitive to third parties having access to their home whilst they were both out at work. We were also very conscious of the detrimental effect on the tenants that could have been created with frequent contacts for appointments etc. We very much wanted to control the tenant interaction ourselves in order to maintain harmony.
By advertising on realestate.com.au and domain.com.au, this of course drew the maximum buyer attention. We were initially sceptical but the process was ultimately seamless. I could not believe that we could sell the unit so quickly after only two times of "open for inspection" with a large volume of enquires.
