Contact the buyer after each inspection and provide honest buyer feedback for your knowledge.
We will negotiate the sale and when sold we will provide the sales details to your solicitor/conveyancer for the preparation of the contract of sale.
Liaise with any party directly involved in your sale to ensure a smooth process
