- Supply a highly visible for sale sign for 24/7 advertising that can be delivered to your door. (freight cost may apply)
- Take all buyer enquiries, and arrange a time for you to show your home.
- We negotiate your sale and when sold provide the sales details to your solicitor/conveyancer for the preparation of the contract of sale.
Low Commission Deluxe Service
$995.00 and only $1,495 Low commission when your property sells. *
Our Save on Commission consultant will act as your agent and work with you to sell your property.
We Will
- List your property, complete all the relevant documentation and take a series of digital photos.
- Record details of your property and discuss pricing and marketing strategies.
- Provide a Current Market Analysis (CMA) with unbiased advice.
- Market your property on real estate.com.au domain.com.au and our own website and install a for sale sign.
- Take all buyer enquiries, ensure the purchasers are in a position to buy your home and arrange a time for you to show your home.
- Contact the buyer after each inspection and provide honest buyer feedback for your knowledge.
- We will negotiate the sale and when sold we will provide the sales details to your solicitor/conveyancer for the preparation of the contract of sale.
- Liaise with any party directly involved in your sale to ensure a smooth process
- Your property will be listed until sold at a price you are happy with.
